Tractor & Pickup Pull
When? Sunday, August 4th at 1PM
MOUNTAIN, ND – The City of Mountain and the ICA will host hot stock tractors, open and modified tractors, pro-street diesel, four-wheel drive pickup trucks, modified two-wheel drive and four-by-four pickups, mini modified tractors, super mini modified tractors, along with antique tractors. The North Dakota State Tractor and Pickup Pull will serve as the crowning event for this year’s Deuce celebration.
We will be welcoming members of the Red River Valley Pullers Association from North Dakota, Minnesota, Canada and some fun extras! Local pickups are also welcome to give it a shot. Pullers are asked to register with Melanie from RRVPA via text @ 218-371-1297. Antiques are asked to register with Richard @ 701-265-2547. Pulling classes and safety rules can be found at the RRVPA website.
With admission priced at $20 per person and FREE admission for children 15 and younger, The Pull is open to everyone. Don't forget to get your raffle tickets for cash and other great prize drawings. The day will be full of competitions, food vendors, and of course, an unforgettable display of power and camaraderie!

The 125th Annual Deuce of August Icelandic Celebration opens Aug. 2 at 1:00pm with the opening of the genealogy center, followed by the annual Mountain American Legion fish fry and beer garden, and Icelandic bingo. Activities and events continue through the weekend wrapping up with the ND State Tractor & Pickup Pull.
